Our Story & Corporate Heritage
What began as a Zurich-based research boutique focused on distributed state-channel scalability has evolved into a global enterprise Web3 leader. Today, we bridge academic cryptographic research with production-grade blockchain implementations.
Bridging Theory and Production
In the early stages of Web3 development, we identified a persistent disconnect: academics were designing brilliant cryptographic theorems, but developers were deploying vulnerable code that led to millions of dollars in exploits. We founded Web3Glob with a single objective: to establish mathematical verifiability as the standard for smart contract and ledger development.
By building a team that includes peer-reviewed cryptographers and veteran systems developers, we ensure that every private ledger, SDK package, and smart contract we deploy is optimized for gas efficiency, proof validity, and transaction throughput.
Milestone Timeline
The Cryptographic Foundation
Founded in Zurich, Switzerland by Dr. Elena Vance and a cohort of distributed systems researchers from MIT. The initial scope was focused on resolving consensus bottlenecks in proof-of-stake networks and developing boundary proof assertions.
Launch of Smart Contract Auditing
Following a series of high-profile DeFi hacks in the ecosystem, Web3Glob established its formal auditing division. We developed proprietary static analysis wrappers to scan Solidity compiler structures for reentrancy bugs.
Consortium Ledger Deployments
Selected by a European shipping alliance to design and implement private permissioned ledgers (Hyperledger Fabric) for cross-border freight tracking, reducing customs processing latency from days to seconds.
Open Source Release of Developer SDK
Published our first public TypeScript and Rust SDK modules on GitHub. Designed to handle RPC failover queries and query multi-chain transaction logs, the repository quickly grew to over 400 stars.
Launch of the Quantitative Sandbox
In response to economic design issues in DAO vesting schedules, we launched our econometrics sandbox division, leveraging cadCAD and Monte Carlo simulations to test token supply curves against market volatility.
Global Advisory & Scale Partnerships
Expanded operations to North America and Asia. Inaugurated our international advisory board consisting of regulatory compliance lawyers and academic cryptographers, securing 5 major scaling alliances.
